We provide a full range of Estate Planning and Estate administration services. We provide Will and Power of Attorney drafting services as well as assisting Estate Trustees or Executors in obtaining a Certificate of Appointment (probate) from the Court and we can also assist you in administering your Oshawa or Durham area Estate.
Prices:
Our services are competitively priced. For example, the cost of a simple Will and a Power of Attorney for Property and a Power of Attorney for Personal Care for an individual at our Oshawa law offices is $300.00 plus HST, and for a couple, $500.00 plus HST. Costs can differ if you require trust provisions or complex provisions beyond those normally contained in a simple Will.
